When you decided to Reign in Health & Fitness you started a war! Haven't you noticed all kinds of things are happening to try and prevent you from achieving your goals? All of a sudden there is an ample supply of Oreo cookies, ice cream and Lays chips lying around. Everybody's got an emergency when it's time for you to workout. You know what I'm talking about!
