The New Conan The Barbarian, Jason Momoa Workout Routine!

Today I went to see the movie Conan the Barbarian. It was off the chain! I love the movies most of you already know that. I don't go see movies like that, you know were the guy is going to be shirtless for most of the movie, unless he is hot! Jason Momoa certainly is that guy. How did he go from hot to hotter? He explains his vigorous routine in this video. Even though we may not be training for a movie, we still have to be disciplined in our efforts to Reign in Health and fitness. I thought maybe this might motivate you a little bit!
