I don't Want Losing Weight To Be My New Year's Resolution Again!


How many of us have had this same resolution year after year? How many of you are tired and want to move on to some new goals? This is the perfect time for you to get fit, lose those extra pounds so come December you can at your goal or the closest to it you have ever been in your life! Many of you know my story I've lost over 75 pounds and now I'm showing other women how to Reign in Health & Fitness! It's Your Turn!



This was class #2 of our How to Reign in Health & Fitness Boot Camp! I wanted to share with everyone what we do, so they can get a feel for how the class is set up. This was my first time ever doing Live Stream, and I was like a kid in a candy Store! LOL, Even though I was a tad over excited the ladies were blessed, learned alot and we had so much fun learning How to Reign in Health & Fitness!
