I have done and still do all kinds of workouts, your body needs variety to keep the metabolism going. I must say by far one of my favorite ways of exercising is Zumba! Not just because Beto (creator of Zumba) is so sexy and about the only man that can get away with doing Zumba! LOL
I would dare say if you are one those people who really don't like to workout but you know you need to. Zumba is for you. The music is hot, the dance moves are hot and when you get done, your gonna be hot because you have burned some serious calories honey!
I have a tool that I use that tells me how many calories that I burn. I use it to see, out of all the different workouts that I do which ones burn the most calories. Aside from running continuously on the treadmill Zumba, Tae Bo, and Jillian Michaels top the Charts! Like many of you I don't have time to waist, I like to get the maximum benefits for my time!
With Zumba it's like a party, if you wanna have some fun and feel sexy!
With Tae Bo, it's like fun, and I get to take out some aggression with all the kicking and punching!
With Jillian Michaels...if I'm ready for a challenge and exercise some body parts I don't normally then here I go!
