Eat every 2.5-3 hours it turns your body into a fat burning machine, stabilizes your blood sugar and energy levels. When you go long periods w/o eating you slow down your metabolism, put your body in starvation mode so that everything you eat gets stored as fat. We don't want that so eat smaller more frequent meals and don't skip breakfast!
